About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I went to China Embassy in the Philippines in Makati City. I asked what will I need to go to China. I have a BNO passport and Hong Kong ID. They told me I only need to apply for Travel Permit. Now, I would just like to confirm if I don't have to apply for visa anymore. Thanks.

You don't have to apply for visa anymore, once you get the China Travel Permit, you can use it to visit China.
