My mum and sister want to apply for visa to go to the canton fair from Nigeria in april. can they get invitation letter from the canton fair to apply for visa? they have visited china before.

You can apply for a notice from the official website of Canton Fair, and you need also contact a company in China for a invitation letter. With these papers, they can apply for a China business visa from Chinese consulate in Lagos.
