About:Packing Tips for Traveling China

I am travelling to HK and China in April. I have a nook - an electronic e-Reader for ebooks. It has WiFi access, but only for the 3G network in the USA. I have heard issues with these types of electronics. Is this true?

That's okay. There may be issue with Ipad, Itouch beyond private use.
