Do you mean Harbour Plaza Resort City, which is located in No.18 Tin Yan Road, Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong? If so, you can walk to the Cuihuju station to take the N30(down) and get off at the Fengjingyuan station. Then walk to Goodview Garden Stop to take the R33(up) to reach the disneyland station.
