i have been china 6 month now stunding language at nanjing normal university,after, i remain at the same university for my major which is education economics and management, i realy want to change the university because of wearther climate which give me a heard time of concentrating.(school of internation education south china university of technolog.ghuazhuo have my major) how can i got it!

Apply for another university where you want to go. The application deadline of many universities is at April. So, I think you still have some time or you have to wait months.
