About:Visa Policy of China

I will be travelling from Belize to Hong Kong, I hope to get my visa in Los angeles as I wiil make a stop there for 6 days. I also plan to visit Beijing, How many visa's do I need? and do I need a letter of Invitation from someone in Hong Kong?

Mr. Carlos, you are exempted from visa to HK for 30 days. What you need only is a visa to mainland China. You need to apply from China Embassy in Costa Rica. Because Chinese consulate in LA requires Non-US citizens the original and a photocopy of certificates for permit for residence, work, study or valid US visa.
