From hongkong airport upon arrival , how can i go to Lee Guest house in tsim sha tsui?
Please help. Thank you!

Take airport bus A21 and get off at Cameron Road, beside the Exit B1 of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. Turn left to Cameron Road for a while, you can find Lee Guest House.

Another question, does airport bus 21 always at the hong kong air port? or does it have any time every when it leaves the airport?

another question...do we have to reserve or inform the airport beforehand.. that we will be riding airport bus 21 before leaving philippines? or is it okay if we just ride that bus on the day that we arrive hong kong?

There is a bus A21 every 10-20 minutes from the airport, and you may just take the bus on your arrival.
