Me and my wife are in China. I need to AUTHENTICATE my marriage document from EMBASSY OF CHINA IN ISD PAKISTAN. it is already attested from foreign office. what is the procedure to AUTHENTICATE it by EMS or mail service? plz reply ASAP becoz i have only 2 days to reply to immigration office.
