I am an afghanistani working in Saudi Arabia. Do I need a visa for visiting Hongkong for business purposes?

You are required to apply for a visa to HK. You can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate over the area of your residence. The processing takes about one month if the connection with HK Immigration is necessary.
