Is it possible to travel to china by road from pakistan for Business Purpose? if yes then please tell me procedure from start

You can take train or bus from Pakistan to Kashgar in Xinjiang. Then take train to other places in China. I don't know the destination of your business trip, but it is really a long long journey. Kashgar is far away from inland area of China.
