From Dorsett farwast to Mongkok, you can take MTR directly from Tsuen Wan Station. Take the same MTR route from Tsuen Wan but get off at Central. Then follow the signs to find Peak Tram Lower Terminus in Garden Road. The same way back. Street markets, I think you can find Lady's Street in mongkok and Temple Street in yau Ma Tei. To Causeway Bay, you shoule take MTR to Admiralty first and then change to Island Line to Causeway Bay. There is direct ferry from HK Airport to macau, but only for transfer visitors. If you stay in HK first you should take ferry at China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui or HK Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan.
