Dear Mr. Henry,

Where can I find the Guidance Notes (I.D. 812A) to read? Because I can't google it or find any info in the website. Could you pls share a link to read this Guidance Notes? In the form, it has to be filled out the Sponsor and I don't have one as I am visiting only for the travel with my Singaporean colleague. For this case, how and what can I do? Thanks.

You are required visa to HK. But form 812A is for those who are not required for visa to get in Hong Kong but need a visa to stay for a longer period of time. So, you may check again if you got right form for visa applicaiton.
