Hello ,,i am Saudi citizen and have course study in Honk Kong for 10 days ,,then i need to visit Shenzhen after ,,,is it possible for Saudi Holders get china mainlad Visa from Hong kong

No, sir, you need to apply for a China visa in advance in saudi Arabia.
