I purchased on item on feb 17 with tracking number EE376878485CN coming from china to USA. When I track it on the EMS website, it shows no update since feb 23. I've contacted the seller and all he says is that they tell him I should be receiving it shortly... Could someone help me find out the status of my package? The EMS hotline is 11185 but when I called I wasn't able to speak to anyone who spoke English so I got nothing accomplished. Does anyone know if there is a number I can call where they speak English?
