About:China Attractions

My family is planning to go to Hongkong this April 4-8. From the airport we would like to have a city tour before the Disneyland opens at 10 a.m. We will be arriving at the airport at 4 a.m. At 5 a.m. we would like to start the city tour by double decked bus? Is it possible? From the city tour we will go straight to Disneyland. In the Disneyland we would like to enjoy the fireworks in the evening. After watching the fireworks, we will go to our hotel which is probably in Tsim Sha Lui. On the second day we would like to go to ocean park. From the ocean park we will go to Macau and stay there for the night. We would like to enjoy the water lights in Macau in the evening and tour during the day. From Macau we will go back to Hongkong and go to space museum, peak and then enjoy the symphony of lights and avenue of stars. After which we will go back to the airport and leave Hongkong. What do you think of this itinerary? If we will be given a visa to go to Chenzhen it would be a privilege. Which mode of transportation is good for us? We are 4 persons in the family. Will it be economical for us to go around by MTR in Hongkong? What do you think is best. Please tell me what transportation is best for us including the directions. Thanks. Hear from you.

1. I’m afraid no public transportation is available to travel from the airport to downtown Hong Kong at 0500 and you could only take taxi, which will be expensive.
2. You could travel by MTR between the Disneyland and your hotel. MTR are developed in Hong Kong and buy an Octopus Card upon arrival, it will save you money and time. FYI: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm
3. To the Ocean Park, you could reach Admiralty by MTR and then change to Bus 629 to the park. If you will proceed to Macau and live there after the tour in the Ocean Park, you travel with your luggage? I think it is inconvenient.
Maybe you could stay in Hong Kong that night and go to Macau the next morning. If you will stay overnight in Macau, just check in the hotel and leave your luggage before traveling. Or you could go back to Hong Kong at late night. In this case, no need to bring any luggage.
4. The Space Museum, the symphony of lights and avenue of stars are located in the tsim sha tsui area. Maybe you could walk there if the hotel is not far. About the Peak, take MTR to Central and then take the Peak Tram to tram there.
5. If you will go to Shenzhen, the East Rail Line is recommended.
