About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hi,
I am looking to visit China for a week or so on my way home from travelling. I am currently in Australia and am leaving here in September.
Who do I have to send my passport to in this case? I dont have to send it all the way to Ireland do I?
Also, how do I pay the bank draft? Can I get someone at home to pay it from my Irish account?

You can try to apply for China tourist visa in Australia in July or August, if your application is denied, you can try to send your passport and other documents to your relative in Ireland, ask him/her to apply for visa on your behalf, you can get someone at home to pay for visa fee from your Irsh account of Bank Draft.
