About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

I arrived in Seoul as a mere tourist and would like to visit China, there is no way for me to be able to get a visa for China?

You can try to submit your application to one of the travel agencies designated by China Consulate in Busan, the list of travel agencies is written on this page.
