Hi,I am a Tibetan and plan to go to Tibet and China this summer. Is it easier for me to mention in the Visa form that I am visiting my relatives in Tibet, or just apply for a regular tourist Visa to China and then try for a Tibet Entry Permit from a travel agent once I am in China. What is easier way for me to go to Tibet. Thanks.
