First time applicants whose former nationality was Chinese, shall write down his Chinese name in the application form and submit his original Chinese passport or the photocopy of the information page of the passport.

Do you still have the photocopy of your Chinese passport?

Yes, you can be granted a Chinese visa if you have the photocopy of the information page and signature page of my Chinese passport. Please don't worry.
