I am a lecturer in a higher institution in Nigeria. we saw some plastics processing machines on-line in China. Presently we have raise the money for the machines and my traveling expenses. But the supplier is demanding for 450 us dollars before he will send an invitation letter to enable me process my visa. Kindly assist as i strongly believe that the invitation letter should be at zero cost. moreover that cost was not built into the initial budget
