There are mainly two passenger train stations in Hangzhou, one Chengzhan Railway Station in the city center and the other is south train station in Xiaoshan District. The airport buses are available from Xiaoshan Int’l airport to the train station with around 45mins. Shanghai train station as the largest passenger train station in shanghai is located in Zhabei District, while hongqiao train station is close to the terminal 2 of Hongqiao airport. You could book the tickets online once the departure date is fixed. And if you wanna reschedule, you have to refund the tickets and buy a new one. In china, the train ticket is only for single trip.
