About:China Postal Service

Please can you help, I sent a parcel home (to England) via snail mail from Xi'an on the 18th January, I am now home but my parcel is not. I have checked the online tracking and all it says is that it was in Beijing Int. Airport on the 21st January and there is no information after that. I can not find any contact e-mail for China Post at all. The tracking number is CP213767975CN, is my parcel lost? Please help!

After the parcel is sent out of China, there will be no status showing on the tracking system of China Post. I think you can go to the local post office to have a check about it.
