Have you made marriage registration in Singapore? If not, you and your husband need to get a Single Status Certificate from Singapore for each one. If the certificates are issued by Singapore government, they can be authenticated directly by Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then authenticated by Chinese Embassy in Singapore.

You also need to apply for a China visa to Jilin if you plan to stay there for more than 15 days.
