About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am a tourist here in Thailand and I plan to go to China to visit a friend.
Is it possible to apply for a visa here?
What are my chances?

It is impossible for Filipinos to get a China visa in Thailand if they don't work or reside in Thailand, you are a tourist in Thailand, please return to Philippines to apply for China visa, the visa rule for Filipinos are very strict.
