You need a single entry tourist visa to travel to beijing for 3 days, the required documents are:
1) Valid passport(six months or above validity) with at least one blank page for visa;
2) Neatly completed application form with one recent photo on it;
3) For first-time-application of Chinese visa, return tickets or other documents related to the application should be presented upon the request of the consular officer;

You can't use China visa to travel to Hong Kong, but Egyptians don't need a visa to Hong Kong for 90 days at most. You can go to Hong Kong witout a visa

Dear mr Gavin,
I just came from the embassy to apply for a tourist visa with all the documents that you have mentioned above & In addition i had my hotel reservation & 3 months bank statement.
But they ask me for 6 month statement with 25000LE + Business report !!!! Althought is my business report is under my brother name
