Do we need to declare if we bring in two laptops for personal use?

When traveling as a family of 4 (with 4 Visas) are the restrictions on electronics per person. Can we bring in two laptops for personal use, my husband carries one and I carry one. They are used and will be leaving the country when we leave. Do we need to declare? Thank you.
