About:China Visa Application in USA

Can I send my application to China Consulate in New York by post?

Can I mail my passport & Visa application to the New York Consulate office & get the Visa using the mail? I live in Pennsylvania. Thank you.

The visa application by mail/post is not accepted, you need to submit the application in person; if you can't come to the consulate, you can entrust someone else to submit the application on your behalf, a power of attorney is not required, no appointment is required.
