About:China Customs Declaration

Do cell phones, computers, I=pods, etc for personal use count as "communication devices" that need to be declared?

Also, how does the numbers in your party affect the regulations. We are a family of 4 would 1 Bible each (4ttl) be considered too much.

thanks!

For cellphones, computers and i-pod, if you will just take one piece for each, and they are for personal use, I don't think you have to make the declaration. However, for Bible, 3 copies is a reasonable amount, the China Customs will confiscate the extra ones if taking more.
