We are interested with the Chinese Dim Sum. What is the usual operating hour? We would like to have our breakfast as early as 6am. Is it possible?

You'd better prepare some food for breakfast one day in advance. These local restaurants do open late in the morning.

The usual operating hour starts from 07:30. It may be too early to have the Dim Sum in HK at 06:00.

So there nothing for local breakfast at that time? We are catching first ferry to Zhuhai at 7.30am so thought of getting something to eat before that time.
