We're planning to go Hualien for 1 day trip by private car. Could you advice me where can i get the private cab driver information ? Thanks for your help!

Hi,sir. You can find the information of private car rental with driver online, but most of the websites are in Chinese. Since you only have one day trip, I advise you to hire a taxi for the whole day.
