Is it possible to submit my tourist visa application form for China online?

Is it possible to submit my tourist visa application form for China online? Can a person submit and collect it for you? I live in Osaka, Japan. I am planning to travel to China at the end of March 2011.

It is impossible to submit your tourist visa application form for China online, you or someone else have to submit the application and collect the visa for you. You can submit the application to China consulate in Osaka.
