We are visiting Xian and would like to visit the horticultural show in Xian, how do we purchase tickets in advance. Are there going to be any activities of an evening at the show or is it just daytime.

You can purchase the tickets through the appointed ticket outlets, including China Telecom, China Post and Line Community Supermarket. There seems no activitie during that time.
