About:Chinese Embassy in Qatar

My Son and I are U.S.Citizens visiting in Doha. We wish to go from here
to Guangzhou for the Canton Exhibition.

We would like to come in for visas after which we need to make our hotel
and air bookings.

Is that possible? And what will be needed other than our Passports?

Mr.Morcos, it is very hard to answer your question because you apply for China visa in Doha, Qatar, I can only say that you'd better go to the embassy in person to enquire it, generally speaking, foreigners other than Qatar citizens are required to provide Qatar visa, residence permit, work permit or other documents to prove your legal status in Qatar.

You can first prepare your passport, recent passport photos, fill visa application form V2011A and form V.2011B, Qatar visa or valid entry record, then go to the embassy to submit the application, if the round-trip flight tickets and hotel reservation are required, the visa official will tell you to provide them
