If you accept China visa, you can't visit Hong Kong. Mainland China and Hong Kong apply different exit & enter controls, you need a Hong Kong visit visa to enter Hong Kong.

You need to submit the Hong Kong visit visa application directly to Immigration Department of Hong Kong Government:
Receipt and Despatch Unit
Hong Kong Immigration Department
2/F, Immigration Tower
7 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, Hong Kong
