Hi,I am Indonesian, but live and working in Thailand, as my husband is a Thai.I am planning to do road trip Thai-Laos-China-Myanmar-Thai with my friends from Indonesia.What kind of Visa should we get for visiting China and how is validity of the visa (we are planning to be in China for about 5 days there) ? and can we visit Hongkong also with that visa ?Thank you.Thank you.

You should apply for a single entry tourist visa (L visa) to China, L visa is generally valid for 3 months and has 30 days stay duration in China. You can't use China visa to visit Hong Kong because Mainland China applies different exit & enter controls from Hong Kong. But Indoesians enjoy 30 days visa free access to Hong Kong.
