About:Jilin Provincial Museum

I will be arriving in Beijing Airport T3 at around midnight and my connecting flight is at 7 am the next day. Are shops and restaurants open after midnight? Are the hourly Lounge open after midnight?

Yes, T3 is considerate. You can find shops and the hourly room at that time.
