About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

dear sir,
i want to apply CGSP (Chinese Government Scholarship Program) through online application but they are asking about agency number. what i will write there. please help me.

What 'agency number' do they require? University's or Embassy's?

it is the agency number of the embassy in your country
each country has a different agency number usually a four digit code
ask the chinese embassy in your contry, they will tell you
