Hi there,I'll be going taipei during march 18-25.. Can u advise what clothes to bring... Will it be cold and will boots be needed? will the weather be like  rainy and cold ( cuz I went TPE during late oct to early nov last year)? And YMS will have cherry blossoms during the mid march right? Thanks for your help

The usual temperature is about 14~21C during March in Taipei. It is cool and temperate. No need to bring boots. Long-sleeved T-shirts or thin sweatera plus a light jacket are OK. There may be rainy days during March, thus you'd better bring a raincoat. You can see cherry blossoms during the mid March.
