hi everyonewould love to go to the warriors from xian ( by bus from south gate)

Question

Hi everyoneWould love to go to the warriors from Xian ( by bus from South Gate) and then from there to the Huaqing Hot Springs. I was wondering what time the light show is please - if anybody knows ? And is it poss to then go from the springs back to downtown.Or would it be better ( transport wise ) to first go to the springs ( miss the show ) then the warriors and then back to downtown?Thanks - Jeff

The light show at Huaqing hotspring starts at around 20:00. After the show, you can take a taxi back to Xian. You can visit them aas what you planed: terracotta warriors-huaqing hotspring-light show-Xian

Thanks for your eply Mr Hank - great. So if I go to the warriors ( 3-4 hrs ) and then the springs - how long is recommende minimum there - as I would like to bathe in the scenic area as well. Would you have and isea how much a taxi from the springs back to downtown would cost apprx ? Thanks again - Jeff

Hi, from the south gatecity , take bus #603 to get to the train station, it will cost you 1 RMB, at the train St take bus # 306 to the terra-cotta warriors (last stop) Ithe same bus will take you tO huaqing  hot spring  and will cost 7 yuan, you can take the same bus to go back to the train St and then 603 again to go to the south gate.

Its best to put aside one whole day for the Warriors,it will take you that long to take it all in,I have just come back fron Xain with my chinese wife who live in that city,and you will need another day at least for the Springs,you can also get a great meal there.We got a tour two both places,it was also cheaper,and most time tea and coffee is supplied,Cheers
