1. From the Airport, you could take bus S1 to Tung Chung and leave luggage at the CityGate Outlets. Then, walk to take the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. Finally, back to Tung Chung station and follow the map to take the HK MTR to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. The hotel is located not far from the metro station.
2. You could take a taxi to the nearby China Hong Kong City Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui and then take a ferry to Macau. The return way is the same.
3. It is suggested that you walk to the nearby Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and take it to Admilraty station. Here, you could transfer to bus 629 to the park. As tour ends, you could take bus 629 and get off at Central, from where you could reach the tram station to the Peak. Finally, take a metro back to Tsim Sha Tsui from Central.
4. I don't think you will have enough time to see these two places in one day. Actually, it is suggested that you go to Disneyland only. From the hotel, you could get there by metro directly and then take a taxi (about HKD120) to the airport.
