I would like  to enquire from you once your company or the school has acquired the Foreign experts certificate, you're automatically going to get the Z visa? No matter which country you come from or the type of visa you're currently holding been it L or F? Thank you and hope to hear from you

No, sir, you need to apply for a Z visa after you get Foreign Expert certificate. Possibly, you need to leave China and apply for it in your home country, or in other region out of China, e.g. in HK. Your L/F visa will be cancelled automatically once you get Z visa.
