Five days will be enough for you to travel around these places. Generally, it is suggested that you use the convenient metro as much as possible.

For one day, you could leave for the Ocean Park in the morning and take bus back to Central in the afternoon. Here, you could visit the Peak and the Madame Tussauds. Or, go the the Repulse Bay. Tonight, you could take a ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui and walk the Avenue of Stars, finally wath the Symphony of light.

The rest attracts could be arranged freely in the other four days. If you will leave from Hong Kong by air in the late afternoon, it is suggested that you visit the Ngong Ping 360 and the Giant Buddha in the morning, which is very close to the airport. I think you could get more clues from others' travel reviews of Hong Kong.
