About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

good day!i would like to ask what are the requirements for tourist visa? im risiding in japan and have permanent visa.thanks

The requirements for tourist visa application:
A valid passport with enough blank pages.
Certificate of alien registration, such as your Permanent Visa
One recently taken, bareheaded, full-faced photo
A Chinese hotel reservation certificate and a two-way air ticket

You also need to fill the Form V.2011A and Form V.2011B
