About:China Civil Aviation - Tickets & Departure

how can I confirm my ticket without calling Air China Service ?
I tried on the website they dont have and have only on their hotline service

Do you mean you will book the air ticket online? The process is usually: submitting the booking, then you will possibly get an email to confirm with you the ticket price and provide you the way of paying the fare. After you pay the money and your money reached the account of the air company, they will issue the ticket for you and provide you the PNR No.. I have ever booked the air tickets through Travel China Guide online for several times, and they just do it as what I told you above. I think the way may be similar with other air ticket companies.

they have Check in option on the website .
you put name and e-ticket number but I cant see my ticket.
and when I call they give me all information correct .
problem is from the website or from me ?

The information should be from you, since you must have filled some blanks to give your brief info. when you submitted your booking.
