I'm going to tianjin at the end of November'11...just want to ask you, will the snow falling on that time?

It is hard to say whether it will snow or not during that time, but the usual temperature in Nov is about 1~11C and it snow little during this month. You'd better pay attention to the weather forecast before going there.
