Hello,

I am a US citizen currently working in India with an employment visa. I need to travel to China end of next week on business for four days (14th through 17th March, 2011). If I apply personally at the Chinese Embassy in Delhi next Wednesday (March 9th, 2011) and pay extra for express delivery can I pick it up it by Friday (March 11th, 2011)? Please let me know at your earliest.
