About:China Customs Declaration

I'm moving to Shanghai to start a new job. I've a 17 months of son and my wife is expecting our 2nd baby. How much milk powder (in weight) can 3 of us bring during our flight to China?

According to the latest regulation, each person can take 1.8 kilograms milk poweder and it is tax free. If you exceed the amount, you need to pay 10% tax.
