About:China Business Visa

Can you please let me know the compliance requirement for invitation letter business visa?

My supplier says,

He can give me invitation letter,but cannot issue it through goverment as he doesnot have import export licence.

What does that mean,will it be vaild?

The invitation letter from your supplier may not sufficient for visa application. As visa regulation goes, you need an invitation letter from an unit authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry for a business visa.
