You can first ask your employer to extend your residence permit for another 6 months, then you can go to Philippines and return to Sanya without applying for China visa, the residence permit works as a multiple entry visa.

Is your visa a work one, single entry with duration of 000 days? if yes, you are required change it into a residence permit at your local PSB within 30 days after entry. The residence permit works as a mutiple emtry visa. If not, you can try to handle this asap.
