About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I reside in Taiwan and I have a Taiwan resident card (ARC) and I'm holding Indonesian pasport and I've been in China many times (last Dec 5 2010). Can I apply china visa in Luohu? I only need a short visit in Guangzhou for inspection. Thanks in advance

you can try to apply a visa in Luohu, but if time permitted, you'd better apply in advance in your home country if possible. or try to apply in HK through Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Affairs.
